Some like it hot and adding Sriracha Jack cheese creates the ultimate taco fiesta!

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 8-10 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded Redwood Coast Sriracha Jack Cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add onion and cook for 1-2 minutes, until softened. Add ground beef, breaking up with a spatula as it cooks, until browned.
Add water, chili powder, and cumin to meat. Stir, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
To assemble, warm corn tortillas fill with beef, lettuce and tomatoes. Top with salsa and shredded Redwood Coast Sriracha Jack cheese!
