Get Spicy with Sriracha Jack Tacos
Some like it hot and adding Sriracha Jack cheese creates the ultimate taco fiesta!

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 8-10 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Redwood Coast Sriracha Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • Salsa


  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add onion and cook for 1-2 minutes, until softened. Add ground beef, breaking up with a spatula as it cooks, until browned.
  • Add water, chili powder, and cumin to meat. Stir, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • To assemble, warm corn tortillas fill with beef, lettuce and tomatoes. Top with salsa and shredded Redwood Coast Sriracha Jack cheese!
