Sales Production Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, detailed, high-performing team player with a positive attitude that values customer service, to join our growing, innovative team. We are interested in someone with experience managing multiple sales and packaging projects in the food space. In general, this position will be responsible for coordinating projects between sales, operations and customers. This position will take the sales team’s design concepts for various customer packaging, and will coordinate with customers, operations and vendors and perform the final quality assurance check on the product. We have 103 years of rich tradition as a family-owned business and are looking to build upon our growth. We have a new state-of-the art building, new production equipment and are rebranding our line of products as we strive to eliminate our carbon footprint in the next 10 years. Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is essential in building, developing, nurturing, and managing the business relationship with our top 10 key customer accounts. This position will be integral in communicating our product portfolio that includes our branded, private label and tailored cheese programs. This position will utilize their creative, solution-oriented, strategic skills to give presentations internally and externally that create a win-win solution for Rumiano and our valued customers, helping both to grow and succeed in their goals. In addition, this position will serve as a market expert and provide US Margin targets and conduct comprehensive analysis of category strategies and pricing, and make recommendations to enhance profit, market shares, and grow the business. Will have a strong sense of customer partnership, ensuring our customers receive high-level of support and satisfaction with all business interactions. Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement innovative business development initiatives. Reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
