Instagram and Facebook Giveaway Official Rules

This page outlines the official giveaway rules for Rumiano Cheese Company's rebrand celebration. Please note that although this giveaway is being run simultaneously on both Facebook and Instagram, there is only one prize being given away, unless otherwise stated on the giveaway post rules. Therefore, entering on both platforms will not increase your chances of winning.

  1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Rumiano Cheese Company and it's partners as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

  2. Giveaway Schedule: There will be a total of four weekly giveaways held during the month of April. Each giveaway period will begin on the first Monday of the month and end on the following Saturday, with the winner to be announced on the following Sunday after the giveaway period ends.

  3. Entry Period: Entries for each weekly giveaway will be accepted during the respective giveaway period, starting on the first Monday of each week and ending on the following Saturday at 11:59PM PST.

  4. How to Enter: To enter, follow the entry method specified in the respective giveaway post on Rumiano Cheese Company's Instagram and Facebook. The entry method may include liking the giveaway post, following Rumiano Cheese and required partners, tagging a friend, or any other method specified in the post. Multiple entries may be allowed, depending on the respective giveaway rules.

    Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

    Please note that the specific entry method may vary for each individual post, and entrants should read and follow the rules and instructions specified in the respective giveaway post.

  5. Disqualification: Entries that are submitted before or after the respective giveaway period will be disqualified.

  6. Prize: The prize for each weekly giveaway will be unique and announced in the respective giveaway post. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the discretion of Rumiano Cheese Company. The prize is nontransferable.

    Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

  7. Winner Selection and Notification: A random drawing will be held on the Sunday following the respective giveaway period from among all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be announced in the respective giveaway post and notified by Direct Message within 3 days following the winner selection.

    Rumiano Cheese Company shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

  9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this giveaway, you understand and agree that Rumiano Cheese Company, anyone acting on behalf of Rumiano Cheese Company, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, or statements about the giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity, or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

  10. Terms: Rumiano Cheese Company and it's giveaway partners reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway
