Holiday16: Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 - 16 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 1 package frozen spinach (squeeze out liquid)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Your choice of cheese I use a mixture of cheddar & Monterey Jack)

Directions

mix soften cream cheese, mayonaise, and sour cream until smooth. add spinach (squeeze out excess water) and chopped artichoke hearts (drained) stir in shredded cheese. Optional: add minced or crushed garlic bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly (about 45 minutes)
