Pepper Jack Patty

Pepper Jack Patty

Ingredients

  • 1 cooked thin lean hamburger patty
  • slices of rumano pepper jack cheese
  • 1 slice tomato
  • baby spinach
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 slice red onion
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices sandwich bread

Directions

heat griddle to medium-low heat and spread 1 slice bread with butter and place butter side down on skillet, lay slices of the pepper jack cheese down top with hamburger patty then spinach, tomato and onion. Put mayonnaise on the other slice of bread and place on top. Press with a bacon press or another heavy skillet till golden brown and cheese has started to melt. Add butter to the top of the bread and flip. brown that side and serve.
