Holiday16: Party Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 oz) package onion soup/dip mix
  • 4 cups shredded Rumiano Medium Cheddar
  • 3 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup blueberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Directions

In a large bow, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, onion mix and cheddar. Form into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Mix together the pecans and parsley. Unwrap and dip lower part of ball in chopped pecans/parsley mix. Place on a platter. Top with blueberry preserves and sprinkle with the remaining pecans/parsley mix. Serve with crackers.
