Ingredients

  • swiss pears
  • canadian bacon
  • bacon oil
  • truffle butte

Directions

assemble sandwich. lots of swiss. i used alpine lace niceslied pears, swiss canadian bacon. brush both sides with bacon oil. grill in pan each side. sprinkle with sea salt
