Bacon and Sausage Grilled Cheese

Bacon and Sausage Grilled Cheese


  • 1 medium sized frech baguette, sliced into 4 pieces
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 sausage patties
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked
  • 6 ounces Rumiano Mild Cheddar, sliced
  • 4 ounces Rumiano Muenster, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Put the sliced bread onto a dish open side up, set aside. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and add the sausage patties cook until well done about 4-5 minutes. Place a sausage on each bottom piece of bread. Place 2 strips of bacon on top. Place an even amount of the mild cheddar, and the muenster on the bread. Place an even amount of the ranch dressing on the top piece of the bread and a slice of tomato. Top each bread with the other side so you have 4 sandwiches. Heat another pan and add the butter. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Serves 4.
