2015: All Day Meat Balls


  • 2 pounds of hamburger
  • one pound spicy sausage
  • variety of seasonings, I use garlic powder
  • creole seasoning
  • parsley and basil as well as onion powder
  • red pepper flakes
  • two eggs
  • garlic croutons
  • milk
  • mozzarella and asiago cheese


mix hamburger and all seasonings along with the pork sausage and croutons add milk less than a half cup mix really well put your hands in and really mix .after all mixed take some hamburger according to how you want the size we have medium meat balls and form a patty and stuff with Asiago and mozzarella cheese take another patty and form a ball so cheese is inside keep doing until all meat balls are made let it it sit a few hours or over night as i do then fry in olive oil till brown put in crock pot with either jar or home made sauce and cook on high for an hour then low all day people can grab a hot stuffed cheesy meat ball s all day long served with Parmesan cheese
