The fat in this cheese has been reduced from 9% to 4.5% per serving. Our organic reduced fat cheddar has full flavor with 50% the fat of regular cheddar.

Cheddar Cheese is a hard pale yellow to orange smooth textured cheese originally made in the English village of Cheddar, in Somerset. This semi-soft organic cheddar has a mild flavor and is a favorite in many cooking recipes, as well as on its own.

Cheddar flavors vary depending on length of aging and its origin.
