Sustainability at the Rumiano Cheese Company

At Rumiano Cheese Company we are always trying to become a more sustainable, responsible business. Manufacturing cheese can leave by-products like whey and waste water. Within the last decade our Crescent City plant has added technologies to reduce our waste water, whey protein output and even carbon footprint in the trucks.
