Cheesy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Cheesy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 can lump crab meat (rinsed)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 3 heaped tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 oz Rumiano Organic Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 8 baby bella mushrooms (rinsed, stems removed and the hairs removed)

Directions

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except for the baby bella mushrooms

2. Stuff each mushroom, dividing the mix up on the 8. I like to have the stuffing "overflowing" from the mushroom

3. Set the mushrooms in a lightly greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
