Masters of Cheese Episode 2
We've talked about Smoked Mozzarella many times in this blog. It is, afterall, one of our favorites! Instead of reading about the smoking process, why not watch a walkthrough of the entire process?
In episode two of the "Masters of Cheese" series, we've tried to give a look at the inside of the Willows cheese factory and the traditional way of preparing the Smoked Mozzarella.
Tucked away in the Dry Jack basement (see Masters of Cheese EP. 1) our four walk in smokers use hickory chips, making our smoking process all natural.
